We are delighted to share that our 5-week Chinese language taster session for UoE students starts on the 12th November, 2026
This in-person course is for learners with no prior knowledge of Chinese. It runs for 10 hours over 5 weeks, 2 hours per session. This course takes learners through basic expressions needed in typical conversational situations. Pronunciation and communicative practice will be the focus of this course. By the end of the course, students will have started to tune in to the sounds and tones of Chinese and will have learned some basic phrases for social interaction.
