DESCRIPTION:Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language in the New Normal: Cross-Disciplinary Theory and Practice is a three-day international conference for all interested in teaching and learning Chinese. Five invited leading experts will give a keynote speech and approach the conference theme from the perspectives of cognitive linguistics, language policy, philology, language assessment, as well as technology-enhanced language learning and future-proof teaching skills. The conference is collaboratively organised by the British Chinese Language Teaching Society and the Confucius Institute for Scotland.
