04-05 Oct: Chinese Woodblock Printing Workshop

This two day workshop is one of four courses in a varied programme of art sessions for adults (16+), which has been created to help participants find out more about some of the ancient and beautiful creative arts that had their origins in China.
The course teaches traditional Chinese woodblock printing methods, from transfering images on blocks to the technique of water printing. Chinese bookbinding will also be introduced so students can make their own album. Taught by Suzanne Chong from Ricefield Arts and Cultural Centre
