Chinese 1 Classes - Winter 2013
For complete beginners and basic users of the language.
This beginners level course uses Great Wall Chinese, volumes 1-3. The first book is completed over two terms. Additional volumes two and three each will take one term of study. Students will acquire the basics of the language from the first term and by the end of the three volumes will have acquired a good command of pinyin, useful daily expressions, and basic Chinese grammar.
For anyone who has some prior learning we are happy to provide an assessment to help ensure you are placed in the class which best suits your level.
Classes are led by the Confucius Institute teaching staff.
